David AlbertRUSHTON(Tate) Hazel and all the family wish to thank everyone for all the lovely cards and donations received in memory of David (Tate). The Reverend Robert Ellis for his words of comfort and to everyone else for the wonderful roadside tribute as the family made their way to the crematorium. Special thanks to Ashbourne Quality Care, District Nurses, Stoma Nurse, Paramedics and Dr Ward who took such good care of him. Special thanks also to A Slater & Sons for their care and support.
